| My order got here on time and in great condition (I paid for second day shipping.) Products were fresh and with long due date on them except for the fresh dates spread. All the spices were wrapped and only one of them the seal was broken which made it unusable . I will very much use your store. again. |

| Facial cream went bad. I bought two and one didn't make it. I am very dissapointed. |
| I am sorry, I am not a happy customer by experience. I purchased two creams and one of them went bad under same conditions. That is not exceptionable. If I wouldn't purchase two of them I would never experience this failure.So I am a very dissapointed customer. |

| The only issue I have is with the shipping cost. I live in Colorado and have limited kosher options here. But shipping cost from NY to CO is astronomical. It nearly doubled my cost. If next-day air shipping was cheaper, I would order much more and more frequently from you. |
